Multi-Material Durable Warning Tape Customization
Tanyo provides both adhesive and non-adhesive caution tapes utilizing specialized PE and PVC formulations. Engineered with calibrated tensile strength and elongation, our tapes resist sagging when tied between posts and withstand high-wind or high-tension loads without snapping. For subsurface applications, the chemically inert material protects against soil acids and alkalis, ensuring long-term underground structural integrity.
Industrial & Commercial Warning Tape Applications
Tanyo manufactures specialized warning tapes tailored for diverse industrial, municipal, and safety sectors. Our production capacity supports high-volume supply requirements for heavy construction zoning, underground utility tracking, perimeter security, and global commercial distribution.
Tanyo Warning Tapes with Specialized Features
Tanyo manufactures high-performance warning tapes engineered with specialized properties for high-standard operational environments. Our volume supply capabilities include anti-static (ESD) tapes for electronics facilities, frosted anti-slip tapes for hazardous walkways, and high-intensity reflective or photoluminescent tapes for low-light tracking.
Standard & Custom Color Caution Tapes
We manufacture industrial warning tapes in a comprehensive range of compliance colors, featuring high-contrast yellow/black, red/white, and blue/white striped configurations. Beyond standard palettes, our factory delivers wholesale customization for specific background colors, integrated warning legends, and multi-language text printing.

Red warning tape indicates highly hazardous areas or items, where entry or contact is strictly prohibited. It is commonly used to mark locations such as storage areas for highly toxic substances, high-voltage electric shock risk zones, and areas with strong chemical corrosives. Its warning level is higher than that of yellow warning tape.
Select stable supports such as pillars or railings, hang the warning tape at a height of approximately 1 meter above the ground, ensuring it fully encloses the hazardous area. Note that for tape with text, ensure the text faces outward correctly and is not applied in reverse.
Warning tape is divided into two types: self-adhesive and non-adhesive, with different usage methods: self-adhesive tape can be directly attached to hazardous material packaging; non-adhesive tape is only used for setting up barricades.
Green warning tape is used to mark safety, first aid, or specially designated safe areas, such as areas that are safe to enter or emergency assembly points.
Warning tape is typically made from plastic materials such as PE and PVC, featuring properties like waterproofing and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments.
Standard warning tapes typically use bold sans-serif fonts, such as Arial Black, Impact, or Helvetica Bold. These fonts are larger in size to ensure that warning messages are clearly visible from a distance.
MOQ depends on specifications. Standard stock colors have flexible MOQs, while custom-printed text or specialized material formulations require higher volume commitments.
